Looking for the ultimate summer program for high school students? WIRED Summer Academy is a two-week pre-college experience in New York City designed for teens who want to explore technology, innovation, media, and society.

This immersive program combines hands-on learning, expert mentorship, and exclusive site visits to give students a competitive edge for college and beyond.

Term 1: June 7 – June 19, 2026

Term 2: June 21 – July 3, 2026

Who Can Apply?

High school students ages 15–18 (entering grades 10–12 or graduating seniors) who are curious about technology and innovation. No prior experience required—just bring your creativity and ambition.

Choose Your Track

  • Tech & Entrepreneurship – Learn how startups are built and pitch your own ideas.
  • Tech & Media – Explore AR, VR, and the future of storytelling.
  • Tech & Society – Examine how technology impacts ethics, culture, and sustainability.

WIRED Summer Academy is open to high school students (grades 10-12 and Graduating Seniors based on the grade the student is entering in the Fall 2026 school year). Students must be 15 years old by the first day of the program.
